Sony Job is a seasoned professional in the insurance and finance industry, with over a decade and a half years’ experience in Sales & Marketing. He has done an MBA in finance to fine tune his skills. His focus, vision and passion paved the way for founding Focus Finance Brokers UAE, He is the cofounder and Managing Director and overseas companies operations in the Middle East. He also plays a vital role in strategy and planning.
Throughout his career, Sony has demonstrated his ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. His experience in the insurance industry has provided him with a solid understanding of various types of insurance, enabling him to provide expert advice to clients.
He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales management, business development, marketing, and customer service. Sony’s vast and in-depth experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to Focus Finance Brokers UAE.
Sadhik Jamaludeen
CO- FOUNDER & CEO
Sadhik Jamaludeen is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in insurance sales and operations in India and the Middle East. As the Co-Founder & CEO at Focus Finance Brokers UAE, Sadhik is responsible for driving the company’s growth and success.
Prior to starting Focus Wealth Management, Sadhik served as the Branch Head at TATA AIA, where he led the sales and marketing activities. He also worked as a Branch Head at SBI LIFE & IDBI FEDERAL for 11 years, gaining extensive experience in dealing with insurance and investment in major industries.
Sadhik is also an expert business trainer, having trained more than 10,000 people. He is known for his excellent organizational skills, passion for training, and voracious reading habits. Sadhik holds an MBA from MSEC and the Institute of Management Kilakkarai, Ramanathapuram, Tamilnadu. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at MS University, Tirunelveli, with a focus on digitalization and its impact in insurance.
